Check Out This Nice Damaged Plaster Effect Created with Blender's Texture Paint

Viacheslav Voloshyn showed his WIP project.

Viacheslav Voloshyn showcased how he deals with damaged buildings by adding wear and tear easily, texture-painting the walls in Blender.

The project is still in progress, but how the plaster and bricks turn worn down is fascinating. To make this happen, Voloshyn used Ucupaint by ucupumar, a popular add-on for working with textures and layers.

You should follow Voloshyn on X/Twitter and ArtStation if you wish to see where this is going. Also, check out his tutorial on how to create an environment inspired by The Last of Us.

And if you want to learn how to streamline your texturing workflow with Ucupaint, take a look at Moltenbolt's tutorial and FR3NKD's demonstration.
