Clear the yard of 100,000 leaves.
Indie games never cease to amaze as indie creators come up with various stories, gameplay features, or mechanics. Check out this satisfying 2D pixel-art game in which you need to rake leaves, which was created by a Reddit user known as dagrooms252 using Godot.
This PC game tasks you with a seemingly simple challenge – to clean up the space and get rid of all the leaves using the rake. However, it requires some skill, maneuver, and patience, as there are no less than 100,000 leaves, and the rake isn't always behaving as you wish. You can check your progress by looking at an indicator showing how much of the yard you have already cleared.
You move the rake with the mouse, clicking and dragging to use the tool. The creator notes that the game is not designed for mobile, but there's a chance your phone might handle it. The developer plans to continue updating the game and make it more complex and detailed. For instance, further plans include creating multiple yards with different obstacles to rake around, adding different particles covering the ground, such as snow, rocks, and sand, and equipping players with tools that affect particles differently, like shoveling snow, raking lines in rocks, etc.
Take a look at another game from dagrooms252 with a similar concept in which you clean up the oil spill:
