Take a look at UNDEFEATED: Genesis, an upcoming Unreal Engine 5-based superhero action game with impressive destructible environments made by a Japanese independent development studio.

Indie-us is a Japanese game development studio specializing in Unreal Engine 5, currently dedicated to delivering a powerful superhero experience in UNDEFEATED: Genesis, an upcoming action game with flying and utilizing incredible combat abilities to take down enemies in various environments.

We've already shared the progress of the game before, but this time Indie-us posted a new clip on X/Twitter, showcasing a spectacular update of the environment destruction system, allowing the player to smash buildings to pieces in multiple ways.

Started as a student trio, the original team published a superhero game called UNDEFEATED, later joining Indie-us Games to work on UNDEFEATED: Genesis which is said to serve as the first title in a "trilogy of Unreal Engine 5 games paying homage to superheroes while telling an expansive story".

The player will take the role of an ordinary college student, awakened on a mysterious planet with incredible powers and the goal of protecting the remaining survivors from vicious mutants.
