Maxon has launched new versions of Cinema 4D and Redshift, bringing significant updates for everyday workflows along with a range of new features. Cinema 4D now includes a redesigned UV Editor with tools for unwrapping, packing, organizing, and UDIM support directly inside the software. It also adds seam editing, smart auto-unwrapping, zero-overlap packing, texel density tools, and 3D viewport support.
Cinema 4D 2026.3 introduces Particle Property Manager for creating, viewing, and editing particle properties, making simulation data easier to access and control. It also adds Edge, Rivet, and UV Projection modes to the Cloner, allowing precise and responsive placement and animation of clones along edges, polygon outlines, or UV-mapped surfaces without complex rigging. The stream at the top of the page features Cinema 4D and Redshift experts Jonas and Noseman presenting the new updates.
As for Redshift 2026.7, the update introduces Autodesk Revit support, depth-of-field bokeh in Redshift Live, NVIDIA OptiX 9.0, a new Hex-Tile Random Flip mode, and other improvements.
