
First, of all, the update brings support for Redshift materials within Cinema 4D’s node-based material system. You can now define Redshift materials via Cinema 4D’s nodal framework.
Maxon CEO David McGavran states that the new version is “the first achievement of collaboration since Maxon’s acquisition of Redshift”.
What is more, the upgrade restores the option to view help files offline as well as in a Cinema 4D window, and you can now download the offline files.
