Collection of Fun Design Decisions for Phone & AR

Ryan Stephen's designs might not make your life easier, but they are definitely fun.

Microsoft's Product Designer Ryan Stephen collected some of his best design ideas for phones and AR in one video.

Want to see your emails as a whole book? Here you are. Don't know what to watch? Just spin a virtual wheel. Wish to make scrolling more fun by pulling a rope? Stephen has you covered.

Some of these ideas will definitely not make your life easier, but they might make you smile. Take, for example, a games folder with physics. Neat? No. But cool? Yes.

Or you can hang your browser tabs. For reasons. Or spin your calendar like a clock. Just because.

And when you're tired of all these tech innovations, go touch grass – right on your phone.

If you love these design decisions, find more on Stephen's X/Twitter and join our 80 Level Talent platform and our Telegram channel, follow us on InstagramTwitterLinkedInTikTok, and Reddit, where we share breakdowns, the latest news, awesome artworks, and more.

This pack can help you get that realism that 3D often lacks with various different dirt ad scratches captured from real surfaces.
