Create Unbelievable Water Simulations with This New GPU-Based FLIP Solver

Try Sebastian Schaefer's HydroFX.

You know we love water simulations, and this will never change as long as there are talented artists like Sebastian Schaefer, who revealed Storm HydroFX, a standalone app featuring a new GPU-based FLIP fluid solver, with Jeremy White presenting the simulations and renderings.

The tool was built on the Storm particle simulation program, designed for Windows on NVIDIA's GPUs.

You can import geometry in Alembic or OBJ formats and use them as emitters, colliders, forces, "or any combination thereof."

"HydroFX is a simplified, node-free version of Storm, focused on delivering powerful fluid simulation with ease of use. We look forward to your feedback as we continue to enhance performance and add new features."
