Dark Souls' Cathedral of Anor Londo Redesigned in Blender & ZBrush

Take a look at this grand Cathedral of Anor Londo from Dark Souls redesigned by Concept Artist Alessandro Paviolo in Blender, ZBrush, and Photoshop.

The idea was to upgrade the current design and mood. The artist first painted the main shot of the Ornstein and Smough's arena to get a feel of the scene's atmosphere and then added a secondary shot of the upper floor to further study how to make the scene feel and look more detailed.

Alessandro also drew some line art to better show the redesign choices focusing mainly on architecture and a few key props.
