Dino Crisis Content Can Appear in Exoprimal If There Is Enough Demand
We should start demanding then I guess.
Capcom is known for producing great remakes, like the recent Resident Evil 4. However, Dino Crisis is not on their roadmap it seems, which is tragic as it's what many fans want to see.
But there is still hope to see more dinosaurs in another game about dinosaurs from the company. In a recent interview, Takuro Hiraoka, the director of Exoprimal – an online action game released in July, – said that Dino Crisis content can appear in the new game "if there’s enough demand from players."
"Leviathan is the type of entity that will go to any means to collect a variety of useful combat data. If there’s enough demand from players, Leviathan very well could make this a reality," he said.
So if you want to see something new about Dino Crisis, you'd better start demanding. I'm not sure if it means we won't ever get a full-blown remake of the game, but hopefully, there will be enough room for both the Exoprimal-Dino mix and a new title.
In the same interview, Hiraoka also talked about the development of Exoprimal, its dinosaurs, and the challenges of betas. He said he'd like to see a collaboration with the Mega Man series and Dragon's Dogma.
