This much-awaited open-world survival MMO is coming early next year.
Funcom, the developer of Dune: Awakening, an upcoming open-world survival MMO set on Arrakis, has announced the release window for this highly-anticipated game and released the first gameplay trailer, which “offers a glimpse into a player’s journey from survivor to spice hunter.”
Again, the stunning graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5 make us feel the harsh environment of “the most dangerous planet in the universe.” To survive in the desert, where the sun makes you dehydrated, water is a necessary resource. One thing the trailer unveiled is the blood purifier, one of the advanced equipment you can unlock with your group, which serves as a main way to get drinkable water by refining blood collected from defeated enemies.
