Jesse Miettinen is a renowned Blender artist, and his new experiment is as brilliant as his other works. With the power of Geometry Nodes, he explored point-based destruction in the engine, "kind of like you can do with Explode modifier+particle system."

Buildings shatter under the pressure and turn into dust. The Geometry Nodes setup should give artists more control and enable simple rules.

As you might have guessed, the inspiration came from that one Driller scene in Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
