Factory-Building Sim Satisfactory Trimphantly Debuts on Steam

A first-person construction sim by Coffee Stain Studios peaks at more than 120,000 online players two days after its release.

Satisfactory, an open-world factory-building game by Coffee Stain Studios, launched in 1.0 on September 10 with immense success after four years in early access.

The game is a high-quality representative of construction and exploration genres, presenting the beautiful world reminiscent of No Man's Sky with a futuristic industrial twist. The players find themselves on an alien planet, a splendid world with unique natural resources and exceptional plants and creatures. Players are free to explore it, conduct expeditions, and utilize the planet's resources. The game's main point is to build factories, which amaze with their scale and level of automatization. Construct multistore complex structures with automated trains and trucks, add webs of conveyor belts, and use cutting-edge technologies to minimize manual labor.

SteamDB

Satisfactory has an Overwhelmingly Positive rating on Steam based on 147,357 reviews. It is now one of the most-played titles on Steam, surpassing Deadlock, which has also seen significant success recently, reaching approximately 90,000 concurrent players on the reveal day and more than 106,000 active players a few days later.
