Fascinating Anime Fight Made for Pwnisher's Challenge
CGDASH's animation fits the beat perfectly.
It's time for another Pwnisher challenge, and Virendra "CGDASH" Kumar showcased a great entry – a Blender animation featuring anime girls and action.
The outlines were made with Grease Pencil to fit the style and flashy VFX, which appear and vanish in time with the music, as the DRÆM SEQUENCE challenge requires.
If you're not familiar with Pwnisher's challenges, they are 3D contests that usually give artists animation templates and a theme to stick to.
This time, the challenge is music-inspired, and contestants need to create an animation that visualizes the provided beat of 120 BPM by using the "on-beat keyframes."
The winner of the challenge will get exciting prizes: a Camp Mograph ticket, a Full Performance Capture Bundle (Smartsuit Pro II, Smartgloves, Headrig/Headcam), Coil Pro, Rokoko Pro, Artist 24 Pro (Gen 2) 165 Hz; Marvelous Designer Licenseб TouchDesigner Pro including 2 years of updates, KitBash3D Unlimited, Gnomon Workshop Subscription, and an $800 render coupon.
