Do you believe in magic?
While Andrew Price's donuts and Suzanne are, without a doubt, incredibly iconic symbols of Blender, it's fair to say that the software's default cube outshines them both in terms of memetic potential, with dozens of artworks dedicated to this legendary primitive and the creative ways to delete it. Recently, 3D Artist and Animator known only as 99cworks unveiled one such project, imagining a fun way to remove the cube using magic.
With their latest animation, 99cworks depicted the model performing some David Copperfield stuff and disappearing into thin air when covered by a curtain, only to reappear again as if nothing had happened. As you might have guessed, both the animation and the authentic cloth simulation were created using Blender, unfortunately eliminating any opportunity for Houdini-related puns.

Previously, 3D Artist Michael P., a.k.a. Pyronimous, also demonstrated an unusual way to delete the default cube by turning it into a lump of butter and melting it on a hot pan, all 100% in Blender:
And if you don't want to outright destroy the cube or make it disappear, then you might like the method showcased by Bbbn192 back in December that involves giving the model mechanical legs and politely asking it to leave the scene:
