In Hornet, you take on the role of a field agent operative in the employ of Mortfield Industries. Your task is to uncover and contain paranormal activity using any means necessary, all while facing the harsh conditions of the post-nuclear European continent. The game features a procedurally-assisted open world filled with dynamic events, secrets, and encounters, providing an immersive experience that combines horror-shooter simulation with survival game mechanics.

At the moment, it's apparent that Hornet is in its early stages of development, with information about the game being somewhat scarce. However, Antistatic Studios has also launched an ARG-style promotional campaign on its official website, presenting details about the upcoming title in a rather unconventional format for a video game. If that's your cup of tea, we highly recommend jumping down that rabbit hole by visiting the team's website.

According to Antistatic, they are currently planning to assemble a team for full-scale production and conduct closed tests of the early version of the project, with the goal being to showcase the demo of Hornet during this year's Game Developers Conference.
