Simple but very handy: Outliner Model Preview is a Blender add-on that displays a small 360° preview when you hover your mouse over a model in the Outliner. Works without clicking, so you can quickly locate your model.
Developer Shuimeng is actively working on the add-on and just released a new update that adds preview support for instances, UI improvements, stability enhancements, and more. If you have suggestions or feedback, you're welcome to join the Discord server.
