Free Open-Source Tileset Editor For Pixel Art Projects

Godot Developer Escualina has released Instatileset, a tool that's perfect for 2D pixel art projects. It's very user-friendly and available for both online access and download.

You can draw using either the input panel or the output panel. Simply hover over the buttons to view their tooltips. Once your work is complete, you can export the output for use in other software, such as a game engine, and save the input if you want to reload it later.
