3D Artist Alexey Yakovlev shared a simple post-USSR-style building generator that is based on geometry nodes. Please note that the generator requires Blender 2.93 or newer versions to work.
The generator allows you to change the number of storeys, add entrances, tweak balconies, change the length and the width of the final building, plus more. The setup is pretty straightforward so you can just control a set of sliders to edit different parameters.
