Ubisoft's Senior Lighting Artist Karim Abou Shousha has released a great set of Blueprint tools for Unreal Engine that will help you create beautiful underwater scenes.

It took the artist six months to make, but he shares the tools for free, so get them from Gumroad so you can start working on your next sea scene as soon as possible.
