Games Ground: Berlin Gaming Festival Is Announced

From November 9th to November 11th, Games Ground Berlin will unite gaming enthusiasts, consumers, and industry professionals in a captivating event.
The program at Games Ground Berlin spans three days and offers a unique blend of community-driven and business-oriented formats.

Business Program

The business program (November 9th-10th) at Games Ground Berlin is specifically designed for professionals in the gaming industry, students, start-ups, and indie developers. Spanning an impressive 400 square meters of exhibition space, featuring two stages, three workshop areas, and multiple networking zones, attendees will have ample opportunities to engage in idea exchange, participate in diverse activities, and explore the dynamic landscape of the gaming ecosystem.

With over 30 stage acts, including keynotes, workshops, and panel discussions, covering topics such as game design, AI, and community-driven marketing, visitors will gain valuable insights. More than 50 local and international speakers, including industry experts like Jenni Wergin from Headup Games (Thunderful Publishing), Thorsten Küchler from Square Enix, and Kuba Jankowski from CD Projekt Red, will share their expertise across various subjects with the event's attendees.

Community Program

The community program of the gaming festival will unfold from Friday to Saturday. On Friday, admission is restricted to visitors aged 18 and above, while Saturday, November 11th, will be designated as Family Day without any age restrictions. The community program is designed with a strong focus on interactive formats that actively engage the visitors. One stage will be dedicated to esports, while the other will host a diverse range of playful activities.

The expansive exhibition area will feature numerous gaming stations, a comfortable chill area, the captivating "Indie Islands" showcasing games from independent developers, a photo exhibition related to gaming, and much more. On Saturday, there will be an exciting cosplay competition, along with photo corners and cosplay repair workshops. Attendees can also participate in workshops covering various topics such as game audio design, game art design, streaming, sculpture, influencer marketing, and more. Renowned streaming personalities like Dennsen will be present to enhance the overall experience of the event.

Games Ground Berlin offers a variety of ticket options, including Festival and Gamers tickets, each with different categories to cater to various needs. These categories encompass a wide range of price options, accommodating everyone from students to those looking for business-focused access. NERDIC, BEAT EM HUB, NERDISTAN, GAMES ACADEMY and BERGEVENT combine their expertise and passion to create unique projects in Games Ground since May 2023.
