Get New Substance Plug-ins for Unity & Unreal Engine 5

Adobe released new Substance plug-ins for Unity and Unreal Engine, which enable the use of Substance materials directly in the engines. 

The add-ons allow you to import materials in .sbsar format and edit their parameters natively inside Unreal Engine or Unity. You can also import materials from online libraries like Adobe's Substance 3D Assets.

The new solutions are rewritten versions of the existing plug-ins. However, Substance 3D for Unity shows better performance, while Substance 3D for Unreal Engine now supports the latest Unreal Engine 5.

The plug-ins are available for UE5 and Unity 2021.1.28+. You can get the beta for Unreal Engine 5 and Unity for free.
