It was so long it surpassed Steam’s character limit.

Baldur's Gate 3 is getting even better now when Larian Studios rolled out its first patch. The list of changes was so long Steam's character limit couldn't handle it. The developers also shared some fun stats and fixed a big (haha) problem for short kings.
By now, you've probably seen some videos where short races like Dwarves and Gnomes have trouble kissing their taller partners. thankfully, this was fixed, and now everyone can enjoy some tender loving.

The developers also fixed NPCs who would spot you when they shouldn’t be able to, floating items, and the conclusion to Shadowheart’s romance scene.
Larian worked on story, balance, visuals, crashes, and much more. There are a lot of spoilers there, so I'm not going to say more here.
It's been two weeks since the previous statistics chart, so we get a new, short one. Players have spent 200,000,000 hours (22,000 years) in Baldur's Gate 3 since launch – a huge number but not a surprising one.
The most popular class is Paladin, followed by Sorcerer, and the least popular is Cleric. Human and Elf characters populate Faerûn the most, followed by Half-Elf. On the other hand, Dwarf, Gnome, Githyanki, and Halfling characters are not picked much.

These sweet changes are not the end of improvements – Larian promises Patch 2 soon. It will feature "significant performance improvements" (thank god), but it's not clear when exactly we will see it.
