God of War is Back!

Sony Santa Monica has just announced the next chapter in God of War franchise.

Just like we’ve expected the wonderful guys at Sony Santa Monica presented us with the amazing debut trailer of the next God of War game. The title is the same, but the setting is different. This time the developers takes us to some northern country, where trolls and dragons dwell in lush winter forests.

In the trailer series signature character Kratos trains his son to hunt a deer. The natural environments in the game look absolutely amazing. It’s a mix of harsh icy tone of Skyrim with addition of New Hampshire autumn. It’s a world you really want to live it. Plus the character design and animation look totally incredible.

Combat-wise the game reminds more of Dark Souls. Combat is very tough, hard and heavy. It’s definitely something we would expect from a Viking-game. Kratos looks amazing. We definitely want to learn more about this amazing game and show you more of the environments featured here.
