God of War Ragnarök Reimagined as a Pixel Art Game

WoostarsPixels has shared their version of the upcoming God of War Ragnarök imagining how the game would look like in 2D.

Pixel artist Warren Clark (known as WoostarsPixels on Twitter) has recently shown a pixel version of God of War Ragnarök imagining how the game could look like if it was released in the era of 16-bit consoles.

WoostarsPixels' creation, which showcases the arrival of an Aesir god to Kratos and Atreus' home in Midgard, was noticed by Santa Monica Studio which shared the work on its social networks, reminding the fans about the imminent release of the game.

God of War Ragnarök will be released in just two days – on November 9. In anticipation of the game's release, Santa Monica has launched a special countdown – every day, starting a week before the release, the studio reminds how many days are left until the launch and accompanies the countdown with works created by fan artists who have shared their own interpretation of the game's characters.
