Check out Bird Rig for Maya, an intricately detailed parrot rig created by Anim Props' vendor known as Clown Store and designed to facilitate the creation of realistic bird animations.

As specified in the project's description, this rig is compatible with Maya 2018 and newer versions. To ensure the accurate simulation of feather dynamics within the rig, it also requires mGear, a free and open-source rigging and animation framework for Maya.
