Guerrilla Team on Creating a Tools Pipeline for Horizon: Zero Dawn

Senior Tools Programmer Dan Sumaili and Principal Senior Programmer Sander van Der Steen discussed the team’s approach to adjusting the tools pipeline for Horizon: Zero Dawn.

During the talk, Dan and Sander shared the insights into why they rebuilt their tools, how they did it during production, and how it paid off. Tools programmers showed how the team used CoreText Format, Maya, and in-house plugin, State Machine Editor as key applications in the development.
