Check out this stunning animation with mesmerizing visual effects created by 3D Artist known as Poohmipun using Houdini, which blends reality with optical illusion. The artwork was created on the base of John Kunz's Patreon tutorial.
As shared by Houdini School, a community of Technical Artists and Educators offering a Houdini education, Poohmipun, a Thailand-based Artist, is new to the software and this artwork presents a promising and solid start. The creator also used Blender to overcome workflow complexities: he exported USD components to the said software and used Geometry Nodes for instancing.
