Here Are PlayStation's Top Downloads in January 2024

In a recent PlayStation blog post, Sony shared the list of top downloaded games for console owners in January 2024. Let's take a look at it.

For US/Canada PS5 owners, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III remained the leader, followed by GTA V and Madden NFL 24.

Tekken 8 and NBA 2K24 also made it into the top 5, with Baldur's Gate 3 ranking sixth. Marvel's Spider-Man 2 secured the tenth spot, while The Last of Us Part II Remastered and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, two new releases, claimed the eleventh and fourteenth positions, respectively.

In Europe, the top downloaded games were GTA V, EA Sports FC 24, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. Hogwarts Legacy took fourth place, with Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora coming in ninth. As for the original The Last of Us Part II, it ranked tenth.

Turning our focus to PS4 owners in the USA and Canada, the top downloads were Minecraft and Red Dead Redemption 2. Batman: Arkham Knight also managed to secure a place in the top five, probably influenced by the release of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, which is set in the same universe.
