Hideo Kojima: Death Stranding 2 Is "Not Just a Regular Sequel"

The game will feel both nostalgic and new.

In his latest Brain Structure podcast, Hideo Kojima said that Death Stranding 2, revealed last week, is "not just a regular sequel". According to the director, it will feel nostalgic for fans of the original game but new for those who haven't played it.

Kojima also mentioned that technology has improved since the first part's release, so apparently Death Stranding 2 will offer something we haven't seen there before.

Norman Reedus shared that he has just started motion capture for the game, so it's pretty safe to say we won't see it any time soon.

Unfortunately, Kojima hasn't unveiled any other information about Death Stranding 2, but you should still check out the podcast.
