Highly-Realistic 3D Apartment Made With 3ds Max & Unreal Engine 5

Pasquale Scionti shared a work-in-progress demo of his new outstanding project.

Last week, 3D Environment Artist and Principal Lighting/Lookdev Artist at Tornbanner Studios Pasquale Scionti, whose amazing 3D scenes never cease to inspire us, shared a WIP demo showcasing a fantastic new environment.

This time, the artist presented a highly-realistic and incredibly-detailed real-time 3D apartment, modeled with 3ds Max and rendered using Unreal Engine 5 with Lumen enabled. According to the creator, the environment shown is still WIP and will be further refined and improved down the line.

This isn't realistic at all. It looks so fake.

To make this realistic you need to create a random amount of imperfections.

Going from random dust 'even the smallest amount' , an occasional fingerprint in a table reflection, a cleaning mark on the TV where the light shines on it, a small random cut in the books. Anything.

This room is lifeless, death. Even the plants 'perfection' makes it look like death plastic. Etc etc it just keeps going.

I would love the see a second attempt
