How NVIDIA Helps Accelerate Creative Workflows
At Adobe MAX 2025, NVIDIA's creative team demonstrated how AI-powered tools, including Adobe Firefly, GeForce RTX PCs, and the NVIDIA Studio platform, streamline production and enable collaborative, real-time creativity.
80 Level visited Adobe MAX, where we spoke with NVIDIA about how the company's tools support creators in producing work more efficiently and exploring new creative possibilities through AI-powered workflows.
Here's our little interview from the event:
At this year's event, NVIDIA showcased Live Jam, an interactive experience powered by GeForce RTX PCs and the NVIDIA Studio platform. The project invited participants to collaborate on an original, evolving music video by editing and customizing clips in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop. Using Adobe Firefly powered by NVIDIA GPUs in the cloud, attendees could alter frames, generate new visuals, and experiment with prompts that changed the mood and tone of the piece.
Contributions were continuously added to the project throughout the show, forming a dynamic, community-driven music video displayed at NVIDIA's booth. Each participant received a personalized clip on a USB bracelet and could share their experience online. The final piece featured an original track produced by NVIDIA's internal video and sound teams, highlighting the creative potential enabled by AI-driven hardware and software.
Paul Calvary II, a video editor in NVIDIA's creative department, helped lead the Live Jam initiative. The project, developed in collaboration with independent artist and editor Jordan Sommerlad, was designed to provide Adobe MAX attendees with a hands-on experience of how AI tools can enhance their creative workflows.
The concept involved building a production process that continuously evolved during the conference. By leveraging tools like Adobe Firefly and automation through Perplexity, Calvary and the team were able to process contributions quickly and generate new video versions approximately every 115 frames. The workflow demonstrated how AI can simplify backend production tasks while maintaining high creative quality.
Sabour Amirazodi, who joined NVIDIA in 2020, emphasized how deeply AI has become integrated into the company's creative operations. He noted that AI tools now play a role in nearly every stage of production – from content generation to editing and delivery – helping creators meet tight deadlines without sacrificing detail or quality.
For Sabour, events like Adobe MAX serve as an important space to connect with other creative professionals, share experiences, and stay informed about the rapid evolution of AI in the industry. He also emphasized the importance of building a professional network within such communities, as collaboration and the exchange of ideas remain key to adapting in a rapidly changing creative landscape.
NVIDIA's presence at Adobe MAX underscored how advances in GeForce RTX hardware and AI-powered tools are reshaping creative production. By pairing high-performance technology with accessible, generative AI capabilities, NVIDIA aims to help artists and developers work faster, experiment more freely, and collaborate in new ways.
The Live Jam project brought this vision to life in practice – a collaborative, AI-assisted music video created by a community of creators, demonstrating how technology can enhance creativity without replacing it.
