Kong: Survivor Instinct, a New Official Monsterverse Game, is Launched

The latest official Monsterverse game, Kong: Survivor Instinct, from Poland-based independent studio 7Levels, has finally launched. Feel the thrill and fear as you confront enormous monsters in its launch trailer:

In this 2.5D action-adventure game that is set shortly after the events of Godzilla vs. Kong, you’ll play the role of David, a father looking for his only daughter, Stacy, who went missing after the city became a battleground for giant monsters. Get yourself ready for “realistic platforming, challenging combat, and Metroidvania-style exploration during a thrilling quest of survival worthy of the Monsterverse franchise.”

The video below leads us through the first 15 minutes of gameplay, offering a deeper look into the dad’s adventure. Watch as Kong squeezes the car and subway car as if cracking an egg with his hand. Friendly reminder: your heartbeat might race when his gigantic foot steps towards the camera.
