League of Legends' Music Band K/DA Releases New Single FIRESTARTER
The group's new EP will be released on October 21.
K/DA, a music band from Riot Games' League of Legends, has returned with a new single, FIRESTARTER, previously teased on social media with a mysterious poster featuring close-up shots of the eyes of Ahri, Evelyn, Akali, and Kai'Sa, and setting a date for something called "Start a Fire."
The video for a new project was created in partnership with Fortiche, and choreography is the courtesy of Sean Bankhead. K/DA's new EP, FIRESTARTER, will be released on October 21.
The music video gained over 4.8 million views on YouTube within less than a day after its premiere.
The group's latest EP, All Out, came out on November 6, 2020. Recently, there were rumors that the band was returning with a new song called WATCH ME, which appeared in the ASCAP database in August and was attributed to K/DA. The registration reportedly lists five songwriters: Felicia "Feli" Ferraro, Nija Charles, Ali Tamposi, Federico Vindver, and Sébastien Najand. This sparked speculation that the group is preparing its first release since 2020. However, Riot hasn’t confirmed that WATCH ME is the song teased for October.
K/DA's original vocalist cast included Miyeon and SOYEON of i-dle, Madison Beer, and Jaira Burns. The group debuted in November 2018 with POP/STARS, which premiered at the Worlds 2018 Grand Final opening ceremony.
