If you've ever built an environment that felt incoherent, with scale drifting across assets or inconsistent texel density and materials, check out the Stylized Haunted Street Modular Kit Workshop from 3D Tudor, which will guide you through the creation of a stylized 3D scene where every part fits cohesively into the final setup.
The course teaches how to create a coherent modular kit, correctly complete its export, and ensure that it works by finishing a complete Unreal Engine environment.
The workshop's pipeline uses Blender 5 and Unreal Engine 5.7. In the course, you will build the environment using the 20-Material Rule mindset, then export via GLB/glTF 2.0 for a clean handoff into Unreal’s modern toolset: Landmass, Water, PCG, Lumen, vertex painting, and volumetrics and fog for depth and mood.
