Meta Introduces Smart Glasses Under Its Own Brand

The brand has unveiled a collection designed in collaboration with Kylie Jenner.

Meta has launched new smart glasses under its own brand for the first time, stepping out from its long-running partnership with Ray-Ban while continuing to work with EssilorLuxottica, Ray-Ban's parent company.

The new Meta Glasses are priced at $299, making them a more affordable option than previous releases. The brand has already presented a collection designed in collaboration with media personality Kylie Jenner.

The new Meta Glasses come in three frame styles with distinct silhouettes that reflect different moods and are suitable for various occasions:

  • Meta Adventurer, a rectangular shape for versatile looks, available in Standard and Large.
  • Meta Fury, glasses that feature a bold frame for more edgy looks.
  • Meta Glasses by Kylie, a slim oval frame inspired by Kylie Jenner's personal style.

The glasses feature a wide range of colors, including Classic Black, Classic Tortoise, Racing Green, Linen, Merlot, Mahogany, and Sandstone, with lens options from EssilorLuxottica, such as sun, Transitions®, polarized, and clear. In total, 26 styles are available.

Like all Meta's AI glasses, the new model will feature an action button for Meta AI, open-ear speakers, privacy settings, up to 8 hours of battery life, and more.
