Meta Quest Gaming Showcase: Most Notable Announcements

An update on Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR, an Attack On Titan game announcement, a gameplay trailer for Stranger Things VR, and more.

Yesterday, Meta conducted its third annual Meta Quest Gaming Showcase, which featured a slew of game announcements, new gameplay trailers, and updates to existing games, providing an overview of the upcoming games coming to Quest 2, Quest Pro, and the recently-introduced Quest 3, set to be released in Fall 2023. In case you missed the presentation, here's a list of the most important announcements made during the showcase:

Arizona Sunshine 2 has got a new trailer, providing a new look at the game and revealing that the upcoming zombie-shooter is coming to Quest 2, 3, and Pro, as well as PS VR2.

Sanzaru Games has officially announced Asgard's Wrath 2, the highly anticipated sequel to their 2019 RPG title, Asgard's Wrath, coming Winter 2023 only on Meta Quest.

Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable has got its first concept trailer, which shows the game's awesome combat and movement mechanics. The title os coming to Meta Quest 2, 3, and Pro this winter.

People Can Fly made an exciting announcement that they will be bringing their renowned 2011 first-person shooter, Bulletstorm, to the Meta Quest virtual reality headsets sometime in 2023.

Action RPG Dungeons of Eternity has been announced, featuring randomly-generated dungeons constructed from hundreds of different chambers and the ability to play with up to 3 other players or solo. The game is set to be released in 2023.

Sony Interactive Entertainment's Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord has got a new story trailer, revealing that the upcoming game is coming this fall for Quest 2, Quest Pro, and PlayStation VR2.

A new gameplay trailer for I Expect You To Die 3: Cog in the Machine, an upcoming puzzle game being created by Among Us VR developer Schell Games.

A VR version of Sega and Nintendo's Samba de Amigo: Party Central, unveiled during this year's Nintendo Direct, is coming to Quest headsets sometime this fall.

Netflix's and Tender Claws' Stranger Things VR has got a new gameplay trailer, showcasing the game's mechanics and providing a look at its visual style.

Fast Travel Games announced Vampire: The Masquerade – Justice, a new adventure RPG set in Venice, coming late 2023 to Meta Quest 2 & 3, and PlayStation VR2.

Ubisoft has revealed that Assassin's Creed VR has undergone a name change and will now be known as Assassin's Creed Nexus VR. This exciting virtual reality experience is set to launch later this year exclusively for Meta Quest VR headsets. Fans can look forward to a complete unveiling of the game during the Ubisoft Forward event.
