Concept Artist Xiangzhao Xi, known primarily for creating gorgeous large-scale environments, has recently unveiled Ruins in the Water, a new 3D artwork that continues the artist's series of swampy scenes and depicts a mysterious ancient reactor submerged in murky dark water and surrounded by lush jungle-like vegetation.
According to the artist, the scene was made using Blender and 3D Coat, Pilgway's sculpting program that enables you to create organic and hard-surface 3D models from scratch. What's more, the author shared the water presets used for this project for free, you can download them here.
