Digital Artist and cel-shading specialist known under the name of Hotty 3D unveiled a new gorgeous cartoon-style take on an urban building with a restaurant.
The model with charming retro flair, reminiscent of old-school cartoons, was crafted with Blender, similar to the previously shared artist's works, using the Grease Pencil tool.
