Project Deniz's Devs Showcase the Game's Dynamic Cloth Wrinkle System

A closer look is coming soon.

Indie development studio Ethanol Games continues working on Project Deniz, an upcoming UE5-powered third-person shooter we've been following for over a year now, offering one more behind-the-scenes look at the game's production process in their latest demo.

This time, the team showcased the dynamic cloth wrinkle system developed for Project Deniz, demonstrating how it allows the main character's shorts to react to movement and describing the setup as "subtle, responsive, and built for next-gen realism." According to the devs, the presented tech is "just the surface," with plans to reveal more details on the wrinkle system and their upcoming muscle simulation setup in the near future.
