Project Honor: an Upcoming Class-Based RPG from Ex-Blizzard Developers

Expect a new emerging genre that blends PvP and PvE elements.

Notorious Studios announced Project Honor – an upcoming class-based, online action RPG where you can go on adventures solo or with friends. The developers look at it as a new emerging genre that blends PvP and PvE elements.

The fantasy game is being built using Unreal Engine 5. Notorious Studios sees its mission in delivering "the ultimate experience of playing core RPG classes like the Mage, Warrior, and Priest with unique, class-specific gameplay and role-defining character art." Despite all these ingredients present, the studio doesn't consider the game an MMO.

"We’re rethinking the standard RPG combat system – featuring an immersive 3rd person camera with melee combat, spells, and abilities all geared towards an engaging multiplayer PvPvE experience."

Notorious Studios is created by Chris Kaleiki – a former Blizzard Game Designer who worked there for 13 years. This is the studio's first game, which is still in the early stages of development, so there is no footage to show yet. However, here's some concept art to give you an idea of what it will look like.

Notorious Studios has just partnered with One True King (OTK) – a gaming organization formed by streamers including Asmongold, Mizkif, Esfand, Rich Campbell, and Tips Out.
