Rebelway school offers an advanced explosion FX in Houdini course. Starting this fall, the course will take 10 weeks to complete and will include over 30 hours of video, most relevant techniques, and high-quality CG & VFX classes.
Rebelway Founder & FX Supervisor Saber Jlassi will guide you through the whole educational process. Saber has over 15 years of experience in the industry and worked as a Generalist TD at MPC and Senior Technical Director at Blizzard Entertainment.
Each week is dedicated to each production steps, including:
- Houdini overview for FX and explanation of fundamentals
- The basics of creating smoke FX and an in-depth look at Houdini Pyro Solver
- Rendering workflows in Arnold, Mantra, and Redshift
- Pipelines for various explosions FX
- Approaches for compositing
