Homunculi are sorrowful artificial life forms, who were created to harness the magical resources beneath the surface to advance the kingdom's development. However, the toxic fumes from underground drove Homunculi into monsters with destructive madness.
You will assume the role of Lilac, an "Attuner" with the ability to save the Homunculi. Awakening in an underground laboratory, you will set on the journey accompanied by saved Homunculi in search of your lost memories and cherished friends in the Land of Fumes. Along the way, you'll fight formidable enemies and traverse a landscape that is beautiful and foreboding.
As you grow closer with the Homunculi in the journey, a difficult question arises at the end of the quest: humans or Homunculi, who will you choose to save?
