All mentions of Social Club have been wiped out as if it didn't even exist.

Ahead of the highly anticipated debut of the GTA 6 announcement trailer in early December, Rockstar Games appears to be making some changes to its website. It seems that the long-standing Social Club platform is being phased out, as all mentions of Social Club have been removed from the official Rockstar website and replaced with references to the Rockstar Games platform.
"Social Club members" have been rebranded on the website with "Rockstar Games members." The Social Club logo has disappeared from the official website's login page and has been replaced with Rockstar's logo. Some time ago, there was a statement: "Whether you're discovering Grand Theft Auto V or traversing the world of Red Dead Redemption 2, track your progress on the Rockstar Games Social Club". Now it's also changed to: "Whether you're discovering Grand Theft Auto V or traversing the world of Red Dead Redemption 2, track your progress on the Rockstar Games website."
While Rockstar Games hasn't officially made any statements, it's possible that a formal announcement will be made in the coming days to coincide with the reveal of GTA 6.
Speaking of Rockstar Games, a few days ago, a program database file for GTA 5 surfaced online mentioning some references to unreleased GTA 5's story DLC and a sequel to Bully.
