SCP & Backrooms-Inspired Co-Op Horror With 80+ Things to Scare You

Check out Hospital 666, a recently launched Unreal Engine 5-powered 1-4 player co-op horror game created by indie developer Lokin. Drawing inspiration from Escape the Backrooms, SCP Foundation, classic horror movies, and The Exit 8, the game is set in an endless hospital filled to the brim with uncanny anomalies that you'll have to escape on your way to your final destination, floor 666.

Boasting over 100 unique floors, Hospital 666 tasks you to choose between forward and backward elevators, depending on whether or not there are abnormalities on the floor you're in. The list of paranormal phenomena you'll be able to encounter includes 85 unique anomalies and five bosses, ranging from goofy jokes, to unnerving events, to horrifying monsters that you'll have to escape in order to survive.
