KONAMI unveiled a cinematic trailer of Silent Hill f, a new upcoming game in the Silent Hill franchise.
The new installment, set in 1960s Japan, introduces a new story, which is not connected to the previous parts of the series. The new game is a psychological horror and follows the story of Hinako Shimizu, who confronts the eerie transformations of her hometown of Ebisugaoka after it's enveloped by a mysterious fog.
The new trailer, voiced in the Japanese language, shows the main character, the setting, and one of the enemies that Hinako confronts.
The game's narrative is written by a renowned author, Ryukishi07, the creator of the When They Cry visual novel series, and is accompanied by a fascinating soundtrack by Akira Yamaoka.

Silent Hill f, announced in 2022, is being developed by Neobards Entertainment, a studio known for having collaborated with Capcom. Recently, the game has been rated in South Korea by the GRAC (Game Rating and Administration Committee) and received the rating of "not available for minors."
