As the old saying goes, good things come in pairs. Two highly-anticipated titles, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 and Silent Hill f, have been both rated in South Korea by the GRAC (Game Rating and Administration Committee).
As spotted by Gematsu, the committee released a list on January 21, which shows both titles have been given the rating of “not available for minors.” Notably, the games on this list also include Elden Ring Nightreign, a standalone co-op spinoff set in the Elden Ring universe, and Obsidian’s fantasy RPG Avowed, which is coming next month.
Published by Paradox Interactive, The Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 was announced in 2019 to be developed by Hardsuit Labs. But in 2021, Paradox switched the partner on the title while postponing the launch indefinitely. The news regarding it was so scarce to the extent that fans were occasionally wondering if the project was still alive. After a few delays in release, The Chinese Room decided to release the game this year.
Last January, Project Creative Director Alex Skidmore shared the details of the combat system, revealing that fans will be able to try it out in three main gameplay styles: Strategic Stalker, Action Brawler, and Narrative Adventurer.
Silent Hill f, which brings players to 1960s Japan, has also received a few updates since it was announced during the first Silent Hill Transmission in October 2022. It is developed by Neobards Entertainment, a studio known for its frequent outsourcing partnerships with Capcom.
