VFXGuide, known for his various Blender add-ons, has apparently combined two of his tools, One Click Damage and Trowel, for this setup.

If you missed this, OCD adds realistic imperfections to objects made from materials like rock, brick, concrete, and more, drawing inspiration from real-world damage patterns. Trowel is a powerful and flexible brick wall generator that can create a wide range of structures, all with highly customizable options.
