Smooth Dissolve VFX Created In Unreal Engine 5

A new experiment by HeyYo.

HeyYo, whose dripping water orb we featured last month, has shared a new project: a smooth dissolve VFX using Niagara. According to the artist, it's inspired by the cube-based agent dissolve from the Matrix UE5 demo, which they previously attempted to replicate.

In this one, rather than using particles, HeyYo fed the stencil data into a Grid2DCollection and advected it with curl noise.
