Spider-Man 3-Inspired Symbiote Simulation Made in Houdini

Additionally, the author utilized Blender to render the sim.

3D Artist Ugo Ribaut continues the series of Spider-Man-inspired projects by showcasing a cool-looking symbiote simulation, depicting the alien slowly covering the hero's iconic mask. According to the author, the simulation was set up in Houdini using the software's "growth system and a lot of curves", exported as an alembic file, and then rendered in Blender. The goal of the project was to emulate the symbiote as portrayed in Sam Raimi's 2007 Spider-Man 3.
