Kevin Christian Muljadi showcased a new stylized portrait.
3D Character Artist Kevin Christian Muljadi continues the series of non-photorealistic 3D versions of various cartoon characters with one more stylized model.
This time, the creator tackled Miguel O'Hara from the animated movie Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, recreating the film's version of Spider-Man 2099 in 3D. According to Kevin, the model was created using Blender and Substance 3D Painter in collaboration with Ducklyarts, the artist's girlfriend, who helped Kevin with setting up shader materials in Blender.
Previously, Kevin also presented stylized recreations of ATLA's Katara, Tarzan, Mulan's Li Shang, and many other characters. You can check out the artist's full portfolio on ArtStation.
Back in May, the creator also joined 80 Level to discuss the working process behind the Water Tribe Chief Katara project, detailing his sculpting workflow behind the character's face, head, body, and outfit, and sharing advice on achieving a compelling final presentation for a project.
